Unused Products:

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in their original, unused condition. Any signs of use, wear, or damage will result in the return being declined.

 

Intact Tags:

The product(s) must have all original tags and labels attached. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.

 

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests initiated after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

 

Original Packaging:

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or protective covers. Damaged or missing packaging may result in the return being rejected.
